Historic Motion Passed: City to Invest $6 million in Arts and Culture

Toronto Executive Committee has today passed an historic motion calling for a significant increase in direct arts investment which will, if passed by City Council next week, see new funding in the amount  $6 million being invested in the arts and culture sector in 2013.
